Warranty Guidelines:


180 Days Warranty

Cobble Pro and BasAcc electronic products (excluding refurbished items) are eligible for a 180 days warranty upon warranty registration. You should register for warranty within 30 days after receiving the products. The products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase up to 180 days thereafter.

Cobble Pro and BasAcc will handle all quality-related issues with a replacement-only including any return shipping cost within the United States. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Your warranty will not be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

If the product you have purchased is no longer available or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option.

In case of dispute, Cobble Pro and BasAcc reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these guidelines.


Filing a Warranty Claim

Please contact us at support@cobblepro.com with the e-mail subject line “Warranty Claim” if you have encountered the following:

  • If you have lost the warranty card and believe that you are still eligible for a warranty claim
  • If you believe the product is defective and under warranty

Return Requirements

All returned items must be new and in their original packaging and include all accessories and manual that came with it.


What Isn’t Covered by The Warranty?

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Improper use or installation of product
  • Accidents
  • Modifications to any part of the product
  • Change of mind
  • Purchases made over 180 days
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Free products
  • Physically damaged products
