Cobble Pro and BasAcc electronic products (including audio products, headsets, power and charging products) are eligible for an extended 180 days of warranty upon extended warranty registration. You should register for extended warranty within 30 days after receiving the products. The 180 days warranty extension is an addition to our 30 days return policy. The products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
Cobble Pro and BasAcc will handle all quality-related issues with a replacement including any return shipping cost within the United States. International shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Your warranty will not be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
If the product you have purchased is no longer available or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option.
In case of dispute, Cobble Pro and BasAcc reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these guidelines.
